RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Here at Dress the Duchess, we accept exchanges. Should the size you ordered not fit, we will happily exchange it for the correct one should we have it in stock.  If you would like to exchange the purchased item for another one, you can do so withing 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us, unless otherwise arranged. If you order has arrived defective, please contact us immediately. 

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused with the tags still attached and returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date for Australian orders and 30 calendar days for International orders. Dress the Duchess reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet the above requirements. 

 

Store credit will be issued upon return of goods if not wanting to exchange straight away.

 

Sale items can be exchanged, given that it has tags still attached, it is unworn and not damaged.

 

REFUNDS

To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unused & undamaged, with the tags still attached and returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received for Australian orders and 30 calendar days for International orders. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

 

Dress the Duchess reserves the right to refuse a refund of a product that does not meet the above requirements. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received & inspected the item/s. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
