When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from time of purchase. If your order is urgent please select the express shipping option at the checkout.
What if an item I want to order is out of stock? Will you be getting more in?
Great question! If an item is out of stock and you would like to order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to advise you if we can order the item/s in.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from Australia to USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand & India. IF you are not located in these any of these countries but would still like to purchase from us, please drop us an email at email@example.com for a shipping estimate. Please check with your local customs office for any custom charges, duties or taxes which may be incurred. Dress the Duchess is not responsible for any customs charges or fees imposed.

We currently accept payment via Credit & Debit Card, PayPal & Afterpay.
What size range do you offer?
We stock dresses in a range of sizes & styles from 6 months through to size 10. Available sizes will be displayed on the product page.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please use our sizing charts for the specific product you are purchasing. Each style differs with sizing. If the item is for an event more than 6 months in the future, consider ordering the next size up to allow for growth with the child.
What is the difference between your White & Ivory?
Our white is a true crisp white & our Ivory is what we like to call Milk-White. It is not a cream.
I am worried about purchasing online for a special occasion.
You can rest assured that our dresses are made to the highest of standards in Europe & the USA. We stand by the quality of our products & we know you will love them. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we do offer a full refund or exchange (less postage).

I received my order but the size does not fit?
We will happily exchange for the desired size should we still have it in stock. In the event that we do not have it in stock anymore, we will exchange for a different item up to or of the same value. Alternately, we can issue you a store credit. Please check child's size against the specific size chart for that item to limit the need to exchange. Should you need to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return cost of the item.
There is a problem with my item, what should I do?
All our items are quality checked before they are sent. Should you have an issue with an item, please email us at and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Where is my order, it's taking a while and I'm excited to receive it?
We do everything we can to ensure prompt postage of your order. In the event you are experiencing lengthy delays with your order, please check the tracking number provided and contact the courier or postage service directly. Should you still not have success, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
